  2. is reduced or absent. Nudibranch sea-slugs
  3. include some very colourful forms, especially
  4. in the tropics. Tentacles on the back help
  5. take in oxygen. They are largely carnivorous,
  6. feeding on hydroids and sponges. Most are
  7. under 2.5 cm/1 in long, and live on the sea
  8. bottom or on vegetation, although some live
  9. in open waters. British species include the
  10. shore-living common grey sea-slug Aeolidia
  11. papillosa up to 8 cm/3 in and the yellow
  12. sea-lemon Archidoris pseudoargus.
